People that find success or live full and healthful lives didn’t just stumble upon them. Everything in life takes planning and dedication.

Question: What is one goal that you hope to achieve before the year is through? Mine obviously involves losing a good amount of weight – by the time my birthday rolls around (in China, no less), I plan on being a healthier more energetic version of myself!
